How Rebbots handles personal data when it is provided directly.

2. Purpose of processing

We process the name, email address, company, selected area of interest and message provided through the contact form to answer enquiries and manage commercial contact. We also process personal data for service delivery, invoicing and compliance with legal obligations. If you consent to optional analytics, we process website usage data to understand traffic and improve the website.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the consent given by the data subject, the execution of a contract and compliance with legal obligations. Google Analytics is activated only on the basis of your consent.

4. Service providers and transfers

Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., processes contact-form email addresses, message content and delivery metadata on Rebbots' behalf to deliver transactional email. Resend's data-processing terms include safeguards for international transfers. When optional analytics is allowed, Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data under Google's applicable data-processing terms. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in those terms. No data is otherwise transferred except when legally required or necessary to provide the requested service.

5. Website services

The contact form sends the submitted details to Rebbots through Resend and does not add the sender to a marketing list. Resend retains email data for 30 days under its standard service policy. The public production website uses Google Analytics 4 only after consent. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Development and preview deployments do not load Analytics. You can change your analytics choice through the cookie policy.

6. User rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contact@rebbots.com and including a copy of your ID.

7. Data retention

Contact and service data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Resend retains transactional email data for 30 days under its standard service policy. The Google Analytics property retains user and event data for 14 months.

8. Security measures

Rebbots implements the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data, preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorized access or processing.

9. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy to comply with regulatory or case-law changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
